Tonka Executive Coaching is an organization centered on helping those at a crossroads decide which path to take and how to navigate the journey. Our executive coaching program and services focus on the client, helping each person find their individual path to continued success and personal fulfillment.

We work with professionals who feel “stuck” in their career, wanting to shift direction but unsure how to do so. Our clients don’t know exactly where they want to go or how they are going to get there. They do know they can no longer stay where they are. Our coaching plan is designed with this in mind, created for those no longer willing to settle for the course they’re being pointed towards, yet unable to completely reverse and start from scratch.

about scott

Founder & CEO, Scott Prchal, has spent much of his 23-year career observing what makes leaders successful. He has worked with executives at over half the organizations listed on the Fortune 500 and has been a thought leader on multiple continents, including spearheading revenue generation enterprises in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Scott has been coached and is a coach himself, having worked with senior executives at large and mid-sized companies across North America. He specializes in working with business professionals looking to make a significant course change in their life, ranging from career shifts, to starting a business, to overcoming a massive personal challenge.
